Video: How to Link to the Privacy Policy URL on Modern

Steps

1. Log in to the Modern platform. From the Modern dashboard, go to Sites:

   

2. Go to Websites from the top menu:

   

3. From the list of your websites select the website you'd like to edit by clicking on the website's name:

   

4. Under Pages, click on the Edit button on the Home page:

   

5. Scroll to the footer section. Select the Privacy Policy text and click on the Link icon:

   

6. The Add link window will open. Add your Privacy Policy link.

   To get a Privacy Policy URL link, go to the TermsFeed Privacy Policy Generator to create a Privacy Policy and get the hosted Privacy Policy URL.

   Once you have a Privacy Policy created by TermsFeed, click Copy from the Link to your Privacy Policy section to copy the URL:

   

7. Paste the Privacy Policy link in the URL field:

   

8. Set the "Open link in" option to the New window and click Save:

   

9. Go to the Save button at the top right corner. Confirm with click on OK that you want to save changes in the global section (footer), that may affect other pages, in the dialog window.

   

10. Use the Eye icon to preview changes:

    

11. The Privacy Policy URL is linked and displayed in the footer of your Modern website:
