How to Link to a Return and Refund Policy URL on Kajabi

Steps

1. Log in to Kajabi. From the Kajabi Dashboard, go to the Website:

   

2. Go to Navigation:

   

3. In the Footer menu section, click +Add:

   

4. Select "Add Link" from the dropdown menu:

   

5. The New Link window will open. "Return and Refund Policy" in the Title field:

   

6. Add the URL to the Return and Refund Policy in the Path or URL field.

   Go to the TermsFeed Return and Refund Policy Generator to create the policy and get the hosted Return & Refund Policy URL webpage.

   Once you have the Return and Refund Policy created by TermsFeed, let's get the policy text. In the Link to your Return and Refund Policy section, click on the green Copy button:

   

7. Paste the Return and Refund Policy URL in the Path or URL field. Click Save:

   

8. The Return and Refund Policy link is now added to the footer menu. Go to the Eye icon (next to the Website) to preview changes:

   

9. The Return and Refund Policy link is now displayed in the footer of your Kajabi website:
