We aim to minimize how much personal information we collect from users when they play our game.

g) Purchase history, including details of orders (purchase ID, amount spent, currency, date, time);

h) Data from platforms that the games run on (such as to verify payment);

i) Data for advertising and analytics purposes, so we can provide you a better Service;

j) Your email address and your messages to the Services (such as player support tickets sent by email or another service we can use in the future);

WITH YOUR CONSENT

With your consent, we may process your data for additional purposes. To show you personalize in-game ads that you might find interesting and/or relevant (also known as Targeted Ads or Ads Tracking), ad partners collect and use your Advertising ID, Location Information, and Device Information. If location services are enabled in your Device settings, geolocation information may be additionally collected. Under applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to ask your consent to do so.
This data is shared with your consent so that our ad partners can deliver the right ad and optimize the ad content to make sure you don’t see the same ad multiple times. We share your device identifiers with selected partners for such ad delivery and personalization.
The partners operate the ad network and mediation platform, as well as facilitate and participate in ad inventory bidding. The partners may also use the device identifiers for fraud detection purposes based on their legitimate interest.

We ensure that our networks are in compliance with regional laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European Union residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) for Virginia residents, and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) for residents of Brazil.

HOW TO OPT-OUT OF RECEIVING TARGETED ADS

If you wish to limit behaviorally targeted advertising, you can do so by limiting ad tracking in your device settings. Please note that opt-outs are specific to each platform and device and it may take a little bit of time before your opt-out will take effect. You can reset your Advertising Identifier and depending on your device, select to opt out of interest-based ads (Android) or turn on the Limit Ad Tracking setting (iOS). In addition, you may be able to opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads from a specific Ad Partner. Please review our Ad Partner list and their policies to see if an Ad Partner offers the ability to opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads.
Please note that if you opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads, you will still receive contextual ads, which are non-targeted ads related to the content of the game you are playing.

REQUEST FOR DELETION

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You can send a request to delete analytics data and records by yourself through the settings inside the game. To do so, please, take these steps:

  • Open the game
  • Go to the Settings
  • Tap on the button called “Delete Data”.

Shortly you will see a pop-up about deleting data. This may take some time. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

ANALYTICS

As a mobile game company, it is important for us to know how users interact with our Game. We and our Service Providers will collect certain information from users in order to improve and develop our games and services. This information includes your device information, advertising ID, and location information. We use this information to measure and analyze how users interact with our games, identify and fix bugs or errors, and evaluate the demographics of our users.

We may also use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our service.

Unity Analytics collects, stores, uses, processes, and transfers personal information to provide, operate, and improve Unity Technologies services, including personalized advertising services. WHO CAN SEE AND ACCESS YOUR DATA

SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AD PARTNERS

Like most companies, we use tools from service providers to help us with various parts of our business ("Service Providers"), and depending on the service we need, these Service Providers may have access to your personal information.

We contractually require all Service Providers to treat your personal information as confidential information and to only use it for the services we need. However, we do not have direct control over how Service Providers use your personal information and we cannot guarantee that our Service Providers will use your personal information as required in our contract with them. We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You can at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by changing the settings on your mobile device.


PURCHASES

We may provide in-app purchases within the game. Examples of in-app purchases are items you can purchase (for real or in-game currency) or other additional features. If you don’t want to make in-app purchases, don’t use these paid-for options and consider disabling in-app purchases on your device.

In the case you use in-app purchases feature, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.


OFFLINE GAMING

In the interest of the best possible experience with our product, we have also included the ability to access content even without an Internet connection. However, this involves not being able to access some of the content inside the application, as well as the services of our partners.
While you play our game offline your personal data is not collected or processed.


CHILDREN

Generally, our app is intended for users over 13 years of age, and all features and content in our app are designed with an adult audience in mind and are not targeted at children. We respect the privacy and security of our users, so we always strive to provide adequate protection and tailor the app to adult users.
As outlined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we understand how important it is to protect the privacy and safety of children, in case they come into contact with our service for any reason. Therefore, an Age Gate system has been implemented into the game, through which players under 13(or other age as required by local law) have a wider range of privacy, no tracking and blocked in-app purchases. They are served with contextual ads, delivered by networks which participate in Google Play's Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13(or other age as required by local law) without parental consent. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13(or other age as required by local law) without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
