This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We DON’T use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. All information that will be entered by You in this application (including application and/or encryption passwords and/or questions for the application password recovery and all files) is saved only LOCALY on your own smartphone in encrypted form. This application doesn’t have any internal function for the transferring of Your data from your smartphone to any third party including the developer of this application, but You will be able to send your unscripted files and the encrypted Backup files anywhere by using your other apps installed on your smartphone (like WhatsApp, Email, Google drive …) and in this case you will do this transfer by your own risk. All information saved in APP will be NEVER transferred by this Service to any third party. This application can work without any internet service in complete OFFLINE mode because it doesn’t use any internet services. By using the Service, You agree only to the collection and Your own use of information locally on your smartphone in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

This service doesn’t allow You to create an account and log in to use the Service through any Third-party Social Media Services.

Your information, including Personal Data, will be never processed by us in any operating offices\servers and in any other places. It means that this information will be NEVER transferred to — and maintained on — computers located in your own State or outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to only your own usage of your data on your own smartphone.
If We be involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data will be never transferred to any third parties because we don't collect this information centrally.
Even in case of certain circumstances, when we may be required to disclose Your Personal Data we will be not able to do it because we don’t’ save this data on any server and because we don’t have any technical functionality for transfering those data from your smartphone to any other third party including the developer of this application.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure even when data are encrypted with AES 256-bit method. But of course, to save your important information and files inside this Service is much more secure than to save those data unscripted or inside excel files or in your contacts information.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone including anyone under the age of 13 but we don’t have any technical possibility to avoid the usage of this Service because we are not managing an access to our application centrally. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child is using this Service please use standard Google Services to not permit installation of our Service on your child smartphone.
You may save inside this Service links to other websites or use APPs installed on your smartphone that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link or use share or file viewing functions present in this Service, You will be directed to that third party's site or APP.
