While Return Policies aren't required, you are required to disclose your specific return rules if you wish them to be upheld in a number of U.S. states, and in the EU. For example, in the state of Connecticut, if you wish to limit what returns you accept, you must have a Return Policy displayed in a public, conspicuous place. Otherwise, shoppers are entitled to a full refund under state law. Make sure to become familiar with the return and refund laws of your jurisdiction.
