"Personal information" is covered by the CCPA/CPRA. Personal information is defined as "information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household" and is divided into 11 categories by the CCPA/CPRA. Personal information includes but isn't limited to the following: Passport numbers, mailing addresses, real names, health insurance information, biometric information, genetic information, phone numbers and so on.
