Terms of Service is another name for Terms and Conditions. It's a legal agreement between a business offering some sort of service, and the customer taking advantage of the service. Terms of Service agreements will set out what the scope of the service is, how the service must not be used, what rights the business maintains when it comes to accounts that violate its terms, and disclaimers that the service will never be without interruption or error.
