The CPRA, or the California Privacy Rights Act, expands the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in a number of ways. The CPRA gives employees the same rights as consumers, expands protection of "sensitive personal information," increases fines for violating privacy rights of children under the age of 16, expands consumer privacy rights, and requires additional disclosures in CPRA-compliant Privacy Policies.
